L-Citrulline / Citrulline Malate

What is it?

L-Citrulline is a non-protein amino acid found naturally in watermelon and produced by the body in the urea cycle. Unlike Arginine, Citrulline has excellent oral bioavailability — it is converted to Arginine in the kidneys, raising plasma arginine levels more efficiently than direct Arginine supplementation.
